I finished up the major knitting yesterday for the test Bakerloos. 96 stitches later, I had a long number 1 needle (the magic loop needle I've been using for this) twisted up with one set of 94 stitches (sole and cuff) and a set of 96 stitches (front of leg and foot).
I need to go to one of the yarn shops in the area today to pick up another size 1 needle to use while I'm kitchenering (unless I can find another one lying around here). I have a fairly long train ride, so I figure I can kitchener on the train if I find a needle now!
I did my first full length training street run today. Just under 6 miles included a couple of small hills and a slightly larger one. I need to find a better area for hill training, because the half marathon I'm going to sign up for in July (race in October) is much hillier than Boston's Run to Remember.
Off to the bank and yarn-y land I go!
