I don't cook nearly as often as I used to. Part of me believes this has something to do with portion size and the limited capacity of my refrigerator to hold leftovers, but mostly it has to do with laziness and the fact that dessert is always more fun to make than dinner. Consequently when I cook it is often to bake or make ice cream.
My husband and I are firm lovers of the Cadbury Creme Egg (cream, creme, delicious), and there is Pimp That Snack. And then there is the pimped creme egg. It is a thing of wonder and diabetic fun time (note that is sarcasm and awe). I could make one of those and my lovely husband and I could eat it for days, nay weeks at a time. It is huge. It is a dessert described with the word girth. Wow.
The cafeteria at work the other day had chocolate croissants with a glaze, drizzled chocolate and white chocolate chips available for breakfast. I got one and waited until after lunch to eat it. Truly delicious. But still no Cadbury Creme Egg (I am completely addicted to the caramel ones myself).
